The Vedas and saints have promoted a balanced, harmonious and healthy life. Adopting the practice of a healthy life a session for YOGA was organised on 18th and 19th Feb, 2016 for students of classes Nursery and KG. The students participated enthusiastically and performed various aasana’s, here following are some of the pictures of children performed aasana’s with vigour and fun. Students were very happy and felt mentally relaxed.
