The academic year commences in April and ends in March. The School has two terms:-

First term April to September
Second term October to March

Pupils are ordinarily admitted at the beginning of the academic year. No one will be admitted into a particular class unless he/she passes a test which proves that he/she is fit for that class.

The school authorities also reserve the right to compel the parents to withdraw their children, if their progress in studies unsatisfactory, their attendance is irregular, their conduct is harmful to other students and if their fees are not paid in time.
